CRSI Foundation Board of Directors
The Board of Directors ensures that the mission of the organization is central to its priorities as the Foundation raises, invests and grants money.
The Board oversees the budget and monthly financials, the investment and spending policies, works with the Foundation’s investment advisors, decides on all research grants and academic scholarships, and actively raises money through regional and national events and campaigns. Lastly, the Board ensures compliance with all IRS guidelines.
All board members volunteer their time to the Foundation. Board members serve for three-year terms and can serve two consecutive terms.
